From 2001 to 2008 we have increased our RIOL volunteer team from 1 to 12 participants.
RIOL works with partners and shareholders, including the RIDOT, on issues related to safety around tracks and trains, crossings, trespassing, bridges, tunnels, and wherever the public intersects with railroad rights of way. Our main website is located at http://RIOL.US
